Cooper turned 8 months old yesterday. He continues to grow like a weed. He is now crawling (zooming!) all over the place, pulling himself up on everything he can get his hands on and has completely mastered climbing the stairs from the family room into the kitchen. My nerves! He is a fearless boy and Mommy is getting used to backing off and just letting him be one. He falls over, bumps into things, bangs his head on everything, gets bumps and bruises and cuts and could not care less! I'm trying to relax and let things go, like all Dads seem to, but its tough! Have to build up the machismo in him, right? :) We've been super busy this summer with many events with family and friends. We took our first family vacation down to Va. and D.C. in July and had a blast seeing everyone there, watching Cooper play with all of their kids and visiting the monuments and our favorite spots to dine. It was great to be back! In July, we also celebrated Liam's 3rd birthday -- another child that is growing up so fast! We also bid farewell to our friend Debbie, who has moved to Kansas and is a new faculty member at Kansas State University (Hi Debs!). We miss her and wish her all the best in her new position. I've been busy with bridal and baby showers - what's new? And a real highlight this month was when Cooper met his Great Gramma and Great Poppa Kimball, my grandparents who live in S.C., for the first time. It was so much fun seeing them with all of their great grand kids! Coop went back to daycare today, after a wonderful summer break with Daddy. We are getting back into the academic year, both at SU and F-M. Pretty soon it will be September and the craziness of the school year will be officially upon us. For now, enjoy the 8-month photo set and the links to the previous albums above.

Great pics Jaime..I esp. like the ones of Coop eating applesauce at grammy's Love #73 in the 8 mo. set...looks just like CJ.
It is great to see all the Liam pics too. We've had a fun month!
He's getting so big! I loved it once Brindy started crawling...he's so much more fun now that's he's mobile. Still waiting for him to walk alone...he's SO close. Did you send him the Syracuse bear back in the day? He's in love with it...cries if I don't take it out of crib for him to play with, etc. Today he took him to daycare to give him hugs all day. So cute. :)
So adorable! And so fun to see the whole gang's set of little minis! ;)
